Refunds and Cancellation

Effective from: August 18, 2025
 

1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order any time until it is shipped. No cancellation fees apply.
  • After Shipping: Cancellation is not available once the order is shipped. You may use the return process after delivery (see Section 2).
  • How to Cancel: Go to Account > Order History in your Grandqcent account ,click EYE ICON logo  and submit a cancellation request with your Order ID.

 

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: 3 Days from the date of delivery. We cannot provide a 3-day policy in exchange or refund orders.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are available (subject to stock). If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund/store credit per your choice.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Paid by Grandqcent for eligible returns (see conditions below).
  • Pickup or Self-Ship : We support both pickup and self-ship. If pickup is not serviceable at your pincode, we'll guide you for self-shipping . This Charges not Payable by Company.
  • Eligible Product Types: All related fashion dresses sold by Grandqcent, except items listed under Non-Returnable Items.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags/labels intact, and in the original packaging with all accessories/freebies.
  • Try-On Policy: Trial is allowed to check fit and look; not allowed for inner wear.
  • Partial Returns: Allowed for multi-item orders—only the item(s) you return will be processed.

Notes

  • Return or exchange not applicable on giveaway products.
  • Customers are not eligible for returns on sale products, including promotions like "Buy One, Get One Free" or "Buy Two Get One Free." However, exchanges are allowed only if the requested size or color is available. If the preferred size or color is unavailable, the product cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • We accept a maximum of 2 products for return. If you want to return more than 2 products, you must ship them to our warehouse at your own expense. Refund is not provided for more than 2 products; instead, store credit will be issued.
  • If you raise a return request within 3 days but fail to ship it within the timeframe, no refund will be made.
  • When you return the product to the courier, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or digital). In case of lost shipment, proof of return is required.
  • If a customer raises a return request without valid details such as reason, product images, or supporting information, our team may reject the request.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Inner wear
  • Blouses

 

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Report Within: 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof Required: Unboxing video and clear photos of the outer package, shipping label, and product (including tags).
  • Resolution: Replacement or exchange wherever possible. If unavailable, refund or store credit as per your preference.
  • Return Shipping: Covered by Grandqcent for verified cases of damage/defect/wrong item.

 

5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method after QC approval.
  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI to the customer’s account details provided during the return process.
  • Timeline: 3–5 business days after the returned item passes QC at our facility. Bank/payment gateway timeframes may apply.
  • Shipping & COD Charges: Original shipping and COD convenience fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to damage/defect/wrong item.
  • Store Credit: On request, we can issue store credit for faster use on future purchases.

 

6. Quality Check (QC)

  • QC Failure Scenarios: Signs of wear/use, washing, perfume/fragrance, stains (including makeup), damage, missing tags, alterations/tailoring, or missing freebies/accessories.
  • If QC Fails: The item will be returned to you. Return-back shipping will be chargeable to the customer.

 

7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Go to Account > Returns and create a request with your Order ID.
  2. Choose Return or Exchange, and provide the reason along with required photos/video.
  3. Pack the item securely with original tags and packaging. Keep the invoice inside.
  4. We’ll arrange a pickup where available. If self-shipping is needed, ship via a standard trackable courier and share the receipt.

8. International Orders

At this time, international returns/exchanges are not supported unless the item is damaged/defective/wrong. In such verified cases, please contact support within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.

 

9. Special Cases

  • Custom-Stitched/Altered Items: Not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gifts/Freebies: Must be returned if the main item is returned; otherwise, the value may be deducted.
  • Bulk/Wholesale/Affiliate Orders: May have separate terms communicated at the time of order.

 

10. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Grandqcent reserves the right to limit or refuse service and/or returns in cases of excessive return frequency, clear misuse of the policy, or suspicious activity.
