Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the participation in the Affiliate Program (“Program”) offered by Grandqcent (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By signing up and participating in our Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Enrollment in the Program

  1. To enroll in the Program, you must submit a complete and accurate affiliate application form.
  2. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide justification.
  3. Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

 

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

  1. You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional methods are professional, ethical, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. You may promote Grandqcent using approved banners, links, and marketing materials provided by us.
  3. You agree not to:
    • Engage in misleading, false, or deceptive advertising.
    • Use spam, unsolicited emails, or bots for promotion.
    • Misrepresent Grandqcent products, services, or policies.
    • Bid on our brand name Grandqcent or similar terms in paid advertising without written approval.
  4. Affiliates are solely responsible for maintaining and operating their website, social media, or other promotional channels.

 

3. Affiliate Links & Tracking

  1. Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique affiliate ID and tracking link.
  2. Sales generated through your unique tracking link will be attributed to you for commission purposes.
  3. We are not responsible for lost tracking due to browser issues, cookie deletion, or incorrect usage of links.

 

4. Commission Structure

  1. Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales made through their affiliate links.
  2. Commission rates may vary depending on promotional campaigns, product categories, or special agreements.
  3. No commission will be paid on:
    • Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders.
    • Purchases made by the Affiliate themselves.
    • Sales not properly tracked due to misuse of affiliate links.

       4. Affiliate commissions will appear in your transaction history once the order is successfully delivered. Please note that this process may take a minimum of 10 days.

5. Payment Terms

  1. Affiliate commissions are processed on a monthly basis and will be disbursed within 10 business days following the close of each calendar month.
  2. Affiliates will receive their earnings via Bank Transfer, UPI, Google Pay, or PhonePe after reaching the minimum payout amount of INR 1,000.
  3. Any unpaid earnings under the threshold will roll over to the next payment cycle.
  4. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. We are not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect information.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Grandqcent’s trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for promotional purposes under this Agreement.
  2. Affiliates may not alter, modify, or misuse our intellectual property in any way that damages our reputation or brand.

 

7. Compliance with Laws

  1. Affiliates must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including advertising standards and data protection laws.
  2. Affiliates are solely responsible for disclosing their affiliate relationship with Grandqcent in accordance with the FTC Guidelines on Endorsements and Testimonials or applicable regulations in their region.

 

8. Term & Termination

  1. This Agreement begins upon approval of your application and will continue until terminated by either party.
  2. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
  3. If we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately and forfeit any unpaid commissions.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. Grandqcent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program.
  2. Our total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate in the preceding three (3) months.

 

10. Modification of Terms

  1. We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice.
  2. Continued participation in the Program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
