Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
- Domestic Shipping 3–10 business days. ( Tamilnadu & India )
- International Shipping (if applicable): 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location.
Free Shipping is available on orders above 2000 . (India Only )
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.You can track your order directly through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.
5. Cash On Delivery
A) Eligibility
COD is available only for selected pin codes/locations as determined by our courier partners.
Please note that cash on delivery is not available for international orders.
B) Verification & Confirmation
All COD orders are subject to verification via phone/email/SMS.
Failure to confirm the order may lead to automatic cancellation.
In certain cases, we may request an advance deposit for high-value COD orders.
C) Payment Terms
Customers must pay the full invoice amount in cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
Digital wallets, UPI, or card payments may not be accepted under COD unless enabled by our courier partner.
Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as the delivery agent may not carry change.
D) Shipping & Delivery
COD orders will be shipped only after successful verification.
Standard shipping and delivery timelines apply as mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
In case of refusal or non-availability of the customer at the delivery address, the order will be marked as "Rejected" and returned to us.
6. Delivery Policy
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier may contact you to reschedule.
If undelivered due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. International Shipping (if applicable)
Customs duties, taxes, and additional fees (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery time may vary due to customs clearance in the destination country.
8. Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, courier issues, or other unforeseen events.
During peak seasons (festivals, sales), shipping may take longer than usual.
